PIZZA SANDWICH This is what I order at Subway.  It’s not on the menu. Order Instructions: Spicy Italian, Italian Herb and Cheese Bread, Salami, Pepperoni, Pepper Jack Cheese, tomatoes w/ oil on top (GET IT TOASTED AFTER TOMATOES AND OIL. This is crucial, it’s what Wolfgang Puck would suggest), Oregano, LIGHT MARINARA, Black Olives, Salt n’ Pepper, and Vinegar. OR whatever else you like on your pizza. Green Peppers could also be good.
